Upon beginning his real estate career in 1997, Paul rose to a management position within his company in just over 2 years.  In that role, he managed and motivated a sales force of 25-30 agents, who produced over 1500 sales from 2001 to 2007.  A certified real estate instructor, Paul also developed and implemented a training program for that company, assisting many new and experienced agents in improving their businesses.  Respected by his peers for his dedication, patience, and his ability to listen and communicate, Paul looks forward each day to meeting the real estate needs of his customers and clients.
